Mental Well-being and How I Get Mine
Back when I was a young woman, about twenty-five years old, I considered herself unlucky in almost everything I tried.
Then I made an amazing friend with the ability to see things in a more optimistic light, which influenced my life in a pretty major way.
My attitude changed by adopting behavior that would allow me to developed, to improve my mind set.
I started to think positive.
And that makes all the difference in the world for me.
By the way that special friend. I ended up marrying him. 🙂
Now I know what you're asking, where do I find a husband like that… Or maybe you're just wondering what I learned.
The latter is simple: don't get into the mistake of seeing only the negatives because you will end up making your life worse. Consider the whole thing in general, but focus especially on the positive.
Feel reasonably satisfied with yourself.
